Street photography is experiencing a major revival, with more photographers than ever capturing candid moments of everyday life. At the same time, street photography festivals have rapidly grown in popularity, bringing together photographers and visual storytellers from around the world. However, it can be difficult to keep track of these events, as many street photography festivals run one year, get cancelled the next, or new ones appear unexpectedly.
To solve this problem, I created a complete worldwide list of street photography festivals in 2026 to help photographers plan ahead. It is designed to be useful both for me and for you, whether you’re planning to attend, exhibit or simply follow the global street photography scene. The list below is intended as a directory rather than a recommendation. I encourage you to research each festival, as they differ significantly in their philosophy, curation, fees, and community involvement.
